What We're Looking For

Experience: 4+ Years of Litigation experience

Ideal background in Insurance Defense, med-mal or related personal injury

Strong Writing Skills
Admitted, in good standing in California
Willing to jump into discovery phase of cases

What You Bring

4-8 years' experience
Experience in trial practice for the defense
Strong background in Discovery, Discovery Motions, and other Pre-Trial Motions
Experience in Med-Mal cases as well as Insurance Defense and related Personal Injury for the Defense cases
Excellent writing and research skills
Comfortable working with voluminous medical record
