Judson Group has partnered with a fast-growing wealth management firm located in Pittsburgh in the search for an Associate Wealth Advisor . This individual will support the firm’s Wealth Managers in serving clients, the creation of financial plans/research, and sales/business development support. The ideal candidate will have experience deepening client relationships with a “client first” mentality.

Location:

Tysons Corner, Virginia – Remote in Eastern or Central Time Zones

Responsibilities:

• Proactively work with Wealth Managers and other firm members to deliver an exceptional client experience
• Provide ongoing support to the firm’s clients
• Build, maintain, and strengthen client relationships, resulting in increased client retention
• Maintain client communication and share relevant information about market updates that may affect their investments
• Prepare client financial plans and documents for client meetings
• Attend client meetings and develop and maintain long-term client relationships
• Actively support new business development opportunities
• Engage in ongoing professional development to increase industry, product, sales and service skills

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree required
• CFP preferred or must be currently enrolled in a program
• Series 65 highly preferred
• 3-5 years’ experience with a financial services or RIA firm working with HNW clients
• Must be passionate about client service and relationship management
• Excellent technology, communication, and presentation skills
• Ability to work independently, self-motivated, and proactive
