Our client, a beauty company with an NYC based salon, is looking for a Temporary Receptionist/ Front of House Coordinator to join their team on a temporary basis.
Schedule: Tuesday - Saturday. Shifts between 8:30am-8:30pm.
Responsibilities
• Answering all phone and email inquires - forward calls as needed
• Manage the front desk- greet & check in all guests
• Complete clerical tasks such as paperwork, scanning & filing
• Ensure office supplies are available & ordered
• Assist in coordinating appointments, staff meetings & trainings
• Act as a liaison for several departments
• Ensure all office environmental standards are upheld
• Perform administrative functions to support different business areas
Qualifications
• 1-2 years of office management/reception experience in the beauty or salon care industry.
• Maintain a friendly and warm demeanor at all times
• Strong problem solving skills
• Impeccable attention to detail
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
