Chiropractor Gilbert, AZ (30 min SE of Phoenix)
We are looking for a motivated Chiropractor to join our practice full time in Gilbert, AZ. Our state-of-the-art office is in Gilbert, which is a convenient located 30 min southeast of Phoenix. We are seeking a motivated Chiropractor who has good people skills and is passionate about chiropractic and helping people.
Our ideal candidate is instrument trained on, or willing to be trained on, the technology of the Pro-Adjuster a computerized adjusting technique. We can provide training if needed. 95%-98% of our practice is done with this technique, with a low percentage of our practice is manual diversified.

Duties:
Patient exams/evaluations (medical history, palpation exams. physical exam, review pertinent reports/imaging)
150 patient visits per week at minimum
Take and review X-rays (digital)
Diagnosis and treatment care plan formulation
Patient education as to the diagnosis, treatment care plan options, lifestyle modifications, and therapeutic exercises
Chiropractic care- ROFs, instrument adjusting, minimal manual adjusting- diversified, Active rehab, therapies, and modalities
Follow up care and progress checks (keeping patients committed to their treatment plans)
Documentation/charting/reports
Team meetings to go over any new patients or changes to current patients
Weekly office meeting attendance
Moderate marketing and community involvement to build, maintain and grow the practice (network meeting), in-office/outside lectures
Keep patients informed about new services
Work collaboratively with the other Doctors, nurse practitioner, and office staff for optimal patient care
Requirements:
Graduation from an accredited Doctor of Chiropractic program (DC)
Chiropractic license in AZ
Trained in, or willing to be trained in instrument adjusting proadjuster
Willingness to work as a part of a multidisciplinary team
Compensation:
$75k-$85k (DOE)
Schedule:
Full time
Monday through Friday with day on Fridays
