**Job Title: Residential Glass Estimator and Install Coordinator**
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Residential Glass Estimator and Install Coordinator. In this role, you will play a crucial part in preparing accurate estimates and coordinating schedules for site measurements and installations on our clients' residential projects. Your responsibilities will involve gathering information and analyzing key metrics related to the products we supply and install. The ideal candidate will possess strong numerical skills and an analytical mindset, with a commitment to thoroughness and accuracy. Our goal is to maintain high levels of communication and follow-through, ensuring that we continue to provide our clients with exceptional service within their desired timelines.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Engage with clients through phone calls and electronic communication to understand project requirements and provide timely, accurate estimates for materials, labor, and equipment.
- Collaborate with measure technicians, outside sales representatives, vendors, and other sources to gather firsthand information from project sites.
- Conduct research to collect data on labor costs, materials, production times, and other relevant metrics.
- Utilize software tools for data analysis, forecasting, and budgeting to support project planning.
- Obtain and review quotes, purchase orders, and order acknowledgments from vendors to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Source and price glass, hardware, and other materials necessary for each project.
- Create and submit detailed estimate reports and takeoffs for client review.
- Schedule and assign work orders to the appropriate team members to ensure efficient project execution.
- Work closely with outside sales and measure technicians to ensure project scope accuracy and overall success.
- Monitor installations and facilitate communication between installers and clients to meet expectations in a timely and cost-effective manner.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key vendors, including subcontractors and suppliers.
**Qualifications:**
- Proven experience in a customer service role or similar position.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Familiarity with financial and project management principles.
- Strong mathematical and IT skills, complemented by an analytical mindset.
- Proficient in entering and managing reports using various software formats.
- Outstanding communication and negotiation skills.
- A reliable and thorough approach to work.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

**Salary:** $20.00 - $26.00 per hour

**Experience:**
- Minimum of 2 years in CSR or similar roles (Required)
- At least 1 year of estimating experience (Preferred)
