About the Role

The Digital E-Commerce Associate will play a critical role in ensuring the reliability, usability, and overall customer experience of Aetrex’s B2C digital presence. Working closely with marketing, design, and customer service teams, this position will ensure that Aetrex’s digital platforms exceed customer expectations and drive sales growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Website & Content Management:
• Configure promotions, campaigns, and coupons across platforms.
• Create and optimize product listings for Aetrex’s online store and marketplace channels, including Amazon, Target, Walmart, Macy’s, and TikTok.
• Manage digital assets in the PIM system to maintain consistency and organization.
• Update and inspect landing pages, product details, and checkout processes to ensure visual appeal, accuracy, and user-friendliness.
• Marketplace Channel Optimization:
• Oversee content updates and product management across third-party platforms.
• Analyze performance on these channels to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Customer Insights & Research:
• Gather and analyze customer data to act as the "voice of the customer."
• Research competitors’ digital efforts and provide actionable insights to enhance Aetrex’s digital strategy.
• Collaboration & Coordination:
• Work closely with marketing, design, and customer service teams to execute campaigns and deliver an exceptional customer experience.

Nice to Haves

• 1–2 years of e-commerce experience, ideally driving sales for websites with $2M+ in annual revenue.
• Experience with Google Analytics, providing actionable data insights.
• Familiarity with Shopify and its ecosystem.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
