Job Description:

Unhyd is seeking a proactive Executive Assistant with Marketing & PR Experience to support our executive team and manage front desk operations. This hybrid role requires a highly organized individual who can handle administrative tasks while greatly contributing to digital marketing, social media marketing campaigns and public relations efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Administrative Support: Assist executives with scheduling, meeting coordination, travel arrangements, and expense reporting.
• Front Desk Management: Serve as visitors' first point of contact and handle incoming communications.
• Marketing Assistance: Collaborate on marketing campaigns, manage social media accounts, and assist in content creation.
• PR Activities: Help coordinate public relations initiatives, including press releases and media outreach.
• Event Coordination: Assist in planning company events, meetings, and conferences.
• Document Preparation: Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence as needed.
• Office Management: Oversee office supplies inventory and ensure the workplace is well-organized.
• Social Media Management: Manage and grow our brands and clients brands social media presence by creating engaging content, scheduling posts, analyzing performance metrics, and fostering community engagement across all platforms."

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Public Relations, or related field.
• Experience: Minimum of 3 years in an executive assistant role with exposure to marketing and PR.
• Skills: Excellent organizational, multitasking, and communication skills.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with marketing tools (e.g., CRM systems, social media platforms).
• Attributes: Professional demeanor, strong interpersonal skills, and a high level of confidentiality.
• Bonus: Experience with graphic design or content management systems is a plus.
