Job Title: Electronic Technician

Location: Carson City, NV 89706

Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Electronic Technician to perform troubleshooting, installation, and maintenance of electronic control systems, including temperature control, CNC control, and PLC systems . The ideal candidate will have a strong electronics background, mechanical knowledge, and experience working with laser and process instrumentation systems.

Responsibilities:

• Troubleshoot electronic systems, including temperature control, CNC control, and PLC systems .
• Install and test control systems to ensure proper functionality.
• Troubleshoot and maintain laser systems .
• Order and replace parts according to manufacturing specifications.
• Work with optical components as needed.
• Ensure compliance with Repair Station Manual (RSM) and Quality Control Management (QCM) .
• Follow ISO and Total Customer Satisfaction (TCS) quality requirements .
• Cross-train department employees to enhance team capabilities.
• Maintain compliance with health, safety, and environmental policies .
• Uphold Corporate Code of Ethical Standards .
• Perform CNC mechanical repairs, setup, and machine work (mills, lathes, grinders, EDM, P/S furnaces) as needed.
• Control automatic PLC logic systems.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED (preferred) .
• Electronics background with knowledge of mechanical engineering, machinist work, or tool and die .
• Must pass related job tests.
• Electronics school, laser school, or process instrumentation school certification preferred .
• Strong skills in troubleshooting, logical thinking, and computer literacy .
• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.
• Basic math skills and good hand dexterity .
• Reliable attendance and ability to follow instructions accurately.
