The Role

This critical support role will provide administrative support and creative feedback to the EVP, Head of Development & Sales (Unscripted) and EVP, Current Programming (Unscripted).

Minimum 3 days in the office, per the department’s schedules.

Key Responsibilities

• Liaising with other departments & maintain frequent & clear communication
• Produce time efficient, thorough creative notes on cuts and casting submissions
• Coordinate meetings
• Manage heavy schedule
• Manage and distribute air schedule
• Maintain submission log
• Assist the development team with graphic design and pitch decks
• Coordinate run-throughs
• Prepare expense reports, arrange travel and answer calls
• Special projects as needed

Essential Skills and Experience

• At least 2 years of relevant work experience, preferably within entertainment industry
• Must have a passion for alternative programming/ unscripted television
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Experience with Keynote, PowerPoint, Adobe and AI Tools is a plus
• A professional telephone manner
• Personable & great positive attitude
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to prioritize and organize a heavy workload in a fast pace and high-pressure environment with minimal supervision
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Solution and detail oriented, with ability to anticipate next steps and identify problems early
• Must be a team player

The pay rate for this position is between $26.44 - $31.25 per hour, plus applicable overtime , exclusive of any bonuses or other incentive compensation (if any).
