Job Description

Executive Assistant to CEO

A global tech firm HQ in Greenwich, CT is hiring for an Executive Assistant to the CEO. The ideal candidate is a strong team player with experience supporting C-suite executives in an entrepreneurial or start-up environment. This is a great role for someone who can thrive in a mission-driven culture, supporting collaboration and thinking outside the box and demonstrate strong organizational skills and ability to multitask.

Salary commensurate with experience : 110-120k base range (slight flex) + bonus + excellent benefits including: 401k match, tuition reimbursement, unlimited PTO and health/dental/vision

Location: Greenwich, CT (close to Train station with Parking onsite)

Onsite 5 days/week but there is hybrid flex if the CEO is traveling or not in the office

Hours : 9/9:30am-6pm

Responsibilities include:

  • Work closely with the CEO, executive team and assistant teams to help manage an ever-changing Outlook calendar.
  • Arrange complex domestic and international travel plans and expenses via Concur.
  • Maintain a highly organized system to help manage important correspondence and sustain an efficient internal workflow.
  • Keep important initiatives on track and communication streamlined.
  • Help manage events and large meetings.
  • Assist with personal tasks as needed (10% of the role)

Qualifications:

  • 6+ years professional experience with at least 2 years supporting a C-level executive with dynamic Outlook calendar management.
  • College degree required.
  • Strong organizational skills that reflect the ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks seamlessly with excellent attention to detail.
  • Outstanding communications skills, both written and verbal, as well a professional presence.
  • Unafraid to ask questions and propose options
  • Efficiency in Outlook, Slack, Concur – tech savvy.
  • Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
