Organization & Time Management : Demonstrated ability to manage complex calendars, prioritize competing deadlines and multi-task efficiently.

Communication : Excellent verbal and written communication skills; capable of drafting professional correspondence and interfacing with various stakeholders.

Proactive Mindset : Self-starter who anticipates needs and takes the initiative to solve problems before they arise.

Why Join GBA?

This is an opportunity to work closely with a dynamic CEO and leadership team in a collaborative, fast-paced environment where your organizational and strategic thinking skills will shine. In this role, you’ll have a direct impact on key organizational priorities and initiatives.

GBA provides a comprehensive benefits package, including employer-sponsored medical, dental, and vision plans; robust retirement savings with 401(k) matching; subsidized commuter transit options; generous paid time off; parental leave; and flexible family leave.

This is a full-time position based in Washington, D.C. Qualified candidates will interview, onboard, and work in a hybrid office environment (currently Mon-Wed in the office and Thu-Fri remote, subject to change).

As the only organization focused exclusively on supporting the international business community in Washington, GBA ensures that policymakers at the federal, state and local level understand the critical role that foreign direct investment (FDI) plays in America’s economy. GBA advocates for fair, non-discriminatory treatment of foreign-based companies and promotes policies that will encourage them to establish U.S. operations, which in turn increases American employment and U.S. economic growth.
