Dermatology Front Desk Receptionist
Our client is seeking a front desk receptionist to join their team! They are a comprehensive dermatology practice with ten distinct specialty centers, and offer a wide variety of treatments for the skin, hair, and nails, from skin cancer and acne treatments to non-surgical fat reduction and body contouring.
The ideal front desk candidate will have at least 1 year of front desk experience paired with a warm, and positive personality.
This is a high-volume environment where employees are constantly interacting with patients over the phone and should be able to multitask well. Candidates will also need strong communication skills and be self-motivated.
Hours are Mon/TH 6:30AM-4PM, Fri 6:30AM-12:30PM
Pay $20-22/hr
Temp to Perm

Key Front Desk Responsibilities:
· Receptionist duties (front desk presence, central phone coverage, welcome visitors)
· Provide administrative support to physicians
· Screen and prioritize incoming telephone calls; respond to inquiries and resolve issues requiring attention
· General office upkeep, which includes tidying offices, conference rooms, and kitchen areas
· Office and pantry supply management
· Schedule appointments for patients
· Explain products to patients
Guaranteed hours will NOT be approved, however the candidate will be scheduled full time hours, with the possibility to pick up OT when available.
