We are seeking a creative and motivated Graphic Designer to join our team. You will have the opportunity to contribute to various aspects of our visual identity, from designing digital assets for our website to creating content for all our social media platforms.

THIS IS NOT A REMOTE POSITION. Must be based in Los Angeles area.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the creative team to develop compelling visual concepts and designs that align with the brand's aesthetic and objectives.
• Create engaging digital content for all social media platforms, including graphics, videos, Instagram stories, and other multimedia elements.
• Conceptualize, create and edit video content for website and social media platforms
• Regularly brainstorm and propose innovative ideas to elevate our social media presence and drive engagement with our audience.
• Assist in the development of marketing materials such as banners, advertisements, email newsletters, and promotional assets.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to ensure designs are fresh, relevant, and innovative.
• Take direction from senior team members and incorporate feedback to refine designs and deliver high-quality work within deadlines.
• Maintain organized files and assets to facilitate efficient workflow and collaboration within the team.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
• Strong proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign and/or Canva
• Must have video editing experience. This is crucial for the position.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Must have 2+ years of experience in graphic design, preferably in the fashion or retail industry.
• Portfolio showcasing relevant design work and creative projects.
