Assess student progress through regular evaluations and provide constructive feedback. Collaborate with fellow educators to enhance instructional strategies and share best practices. Engage in ongoing professional development to stay current with educational trends and methodologies. Foster a safe and inclusive environment for all students, including those with special education needs. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field; teaching certification preferred. Proven experience working with high school students in an educational setting. Strong skills in classroom management, lesson planning, and the use of learning technology. Knowledge of subjects such as organic chemistry, genetics, or scientific research is highly desirable. Experience in mentoring or tutoring students is a plus. Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet the diverse needs of learners, including those requiring special education support. Excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport with students, parents, and colleagues.
