We are now expanding into the U.S. market, and this role offers a unique opportunity to join our first technical team in America and help establish our installation and support operations.

We are looking for an Installation Technician to handle the setup, installation, and maintenance of our hardware and software solutions at client locations. This role involves installing POS systems, printers, and other business equipment , ensuring seamless integration with our SaaS platform. As part of a growing startup, you will play a key role in delivering excellent customer experiences and supporting our U.S. expansion.

• Install and configure POS systems, cloud printers, and other hardware at client locations.
• Ensure proper integration between hardware and Myshop Technologies’ SaaS solutions .
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues during and after installation.
• Provide basic training and guidance to clients on how to use the installed systems.
• Collaborate with the sales and customer success teams to ensure a smooth onboarding experience.
• Maintained accurate records of installations, service requests, and issued resolutions.

• Experience in hardware installation, IT support, or field service technician roles .
• Familiarity with POS systems, payment processing devices, or business hardware is a plus.
• Basic understanding of network configurations and cloud-based systems .
• Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and provide hands-on problem-solving .
• Strong communication skills and the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
• Self-motivated, adaptable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment .
• Willingness to travel locally to client locations for installations and support.

Salary Range: 60,000 + upsell commissions + Reimbursement for Travel Expenses
