Job Description

Would you enjoy a 3-day weekend working 4 days in a clinic setting? Our fast-paced Allergy & Asthma department is looking for an LPN or RN! Applicants must demonstrate excellent patient care, initiative, critical thinking skills, and an upbeat demeanor.

As an LPN/RN in our clinic, you will play a crucial role in overseeing daily operations, ensuring efficient patient flow, and maintaining high-quality care standards. You will collaborate with providers, clinical staff, and leadership to optimize clinic operations, streamline workflows, and ensure seamless patient care. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Workflow Management: Coordinate patient flow and streamline clinic operations to ensure maximum efficiency and minimal wait times.
  • Team Leadership: Manage and guide staff, ensuring all team members contribute effectively to clinic operations.
  • Patient Care Oversight: Ensure high-quality patient care is delivered in alignment with clinic protocols, policies, and safety goals.
  • Problem Solving: Identify and address operational challenges or workflow bottlenecks, implementing solutions to optimize clinic performance.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with providers and other clinical staff to maintain smooth communication and effective coordination of patient care.
  • Workforce Efficiency: Evaluate and adjust staffing assignments to ensure proper coverage and workload balance for optimal productivity.

Qualifications:

  • Required:
    • Active LPN or RN license in Wisconsin
    • Proven experience in clinical settings with a focus on workflow management and patient care.
    • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with excellent time management skills.
    • Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement.
    • Must be willing to work at both our Neenah and Appleton clinics.
  • Preferred:
    • Experience in a leadership or team coordination role.
    • Familiarity with healthcare software and systems to manage scheduling, patient flow, and reporting.
