Job Description:
We are looking for a creative and skilled Mixologist to join our bar team. The ideal candidate has a deep knowledge of classic cocktails, innovative techniques, and excellent customer service skills. As a Mixologist, you will craft unique beverages, engage with guests, and ensure a memorable experience at our bar.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and serve high-quality cocktails and beverages.
Create unique drink menus and daily specials.
Engage with guests, providing recommendations and ensuring a positive experience.
Keep the bar area clean, organized, and fully stocked.
Comply with all food and beverage safety regulations.
Maintain accurate inventory and restock supplies as needed.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a bartender or mixologist.
In-depth knowledge of cocktail preparation and mixology techniques.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends.
Must be of legal age to serve alcohol.
