• 3+ years of experience in the development of Android and iOS applications
• Experience developing in multiple programming languages including Ruby, Python, and Bash (Ruby preferred)
•Experience in developing automation used for deployment of apps using GitHub actions

• Experience with Microsoft Intune
•Experience managing multiple different apps in a variety of industries
Job Description
Day to Day: Insight Global is looking for a Mobile App Developer to support one of our automotive clients. This person will be joining the app deployment team which enables global app teams to automatically build, test, and deploy their iOS, Android, and Android Automotive OS apps to mobile devices and vehicles.
Specific responsibilities include:
•Help create and manage tools that enable app teams to automate the deployment of their apps to the Apple App Store, Google Play Store or the Intune Company Portal.
•Design and develop scalable automation and tools to support CI/CD and SDLC of app development teams.
• Implement and support deployment flows for mobile and in-vehicle apps through Apple App Store, Google Play Store and Intune Company Portal.
• Own and manage the Apple App Store and Google Play Store developer accounts, including securing signing keys, certificates, provisioning profiles and API keys.
• Use APIs of development tools to integrate and seamlessly automate releases.
• Support and mentor app development teams on best practices for CI/CD, cutting down manual effort and improving efficiency.
• Troubleshoot and resolve failures/rejections, concurrently improving automation to quickly alert app development teams to such issues
• Handle security scans, understand security vulnerabilities and communicate the actions needed to address them.
Compensation: $60 hr to $70/hr.
Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education. Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching. Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.
