L.A. Tan was first established in the early 1990s. Since 2001, Nick Patel, the current owner and CEO, has expanded the chain from just four locations to over 130 across four states. Now, L.A. Tan is evolving beyond tanning by introducing wellness services under the Soré Wellness brand.

We are seeking an Executive Office Administrator to work closely with the CEO and oversee daily operations at our corporate office. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for an Office and Executive Administrator at L A Tan. The role is located in Lincolnwood, IL, with work from home flexibility. The Office and Executive Administrator will be responsible for communication, administrative assistance, customer service, basic accounting tasks, and office administration.

Qualifications

• Oral and Written Communication and Customer Service skills
• Administrative Assistance and Office Administration skills
• Basic Accounting knowledge
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
• Experience in a similar role is a plus
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
