Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Orientation Specialist to join the Flatrock Family!! In this role, you will guide new hires through a seamless onboarding process, ensuring their successful integration into our organization.

The Orientation Specialist will need to be able to conduct weekly orientation sessions and have excellent communication skills in order to effectively communicate our company's culture, policies, and procedures to new employees. 

As an ideal candidate, you will contribute to our company's growth and success by creating a welcoming and inclusive onboarding program that helps new employees thrive! 

Responsibilities:  

• Plan and coordinate new employee onboarding, including scheduling and preparing materials
• Conduct weekly orientation sessions to introduce new hires to the company's culture, values, policies, and procedures
• Ensure completion of all new hire paperwork and required documentation for hire
• Conduct and hire Direct Care Worker interviews

Qualifications: 

• Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field, preferred
• Experience in onboarding and recruitment, required
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with new employees and establish a positive onboarding experience
• Attention to detail and organizational skills
