• Communicates with customers before, during, and after projects.
• Responsible for 100% customer satisfaction.
• Responsible for all customer payments and insurance documents.
• Behaves in a professional manner as the customer relationship manager.
• Takes pride in high efficiency production and high-quality installation.
• Works closely with Marketing team & Sales Manager to provide smart ideas to maximize market outreach and sales opportunities.
• Provides daily reports to Sales Manager.
• Provides detailed pictures of every job before, during, and after the project.
• Completes production sheet for each contract.
• Works with the estimating and production team to oversee job profitability.
• Generates leads through networking, referrals, calls and other means. Lead Expectations: 4-6 self generated leads weekly.
• Closes 35% of deals.
