Job Description: We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Outside Sales Representative to join our team in Salem, OR. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and promoting our staffing services. This role requires a proactive approach, excellent communication skills, and a passion for helping businesses succeed.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and referrals.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their staffing needs.
• Present and promote Express Employment Professionals' services to potential clients.
• Conduct client meetings and presentations to showcase our staffing solutions.
• Collaborate with the internal team to ensure client satisfaction and successful placements.
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the company.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in outside sales, preferably in the staffing or recruitment industry.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
