As a Project Estimator , you’ll play a critical role in developing accurate cost estimates , analyzing project scopes, and collaborating with teams to secure high-value contracts. Your attention to detail and market knowledge will be key in delivering cost-effective, competitive, and profitable proposals .
📌 Key Responsibilities:
✔ Estimate with Precision – Prepare detailed cost estimates based on project specifications and market trends.
✔ Collaborate & Strategize – Work closely with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to refine bids.
✔ Analyze & Optimize – Evaluate pricing, materials, and labor costs to ensure competitive and accurate proposals.
✔ Supplier & Vendor Relations – Build strong relationships to negotiate the best pricing and terms.
✔ Bid Coordination – Manage RFPs, bid submissions, and proposal deadlines efficiently.
🎯 What You Bring:
🔹 5+ years of experience in estimating for construction .
🔹 Proficiency in estimating software.
🔹 Strong understanding of cost analysis, budgeting, and value engineering .
🔹 Excellent negotiation and communication skills with vendors and clients.
🔹 A detail-oriented and analytical mindset with a drive for accuracy.
