Job Title: Project Manager II / Medical Device

Location: Columbus, OH 43219

Duration: 12 Months (W2 Contract)

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a special regulatory compliance project within the packaging function
• Track evolving global regulatory requirements and implementation deadlines
• Coordinate cross-functional efforts to ensure timely task completion
• Maintain and update detailed tracking documentation, primarily using Microsoft Excel
• Develop risk mitigation plans to address compliance or timeline issues
• Communicate project status and updates clearly across internal teams and potentially global stakeholders
• Ensure full alignment and execution of deliverables within assigned timelines
• Maintain precise records of progress, changes, and outcomes

Preferred Skills & Experience:

• 4+ years of project management experience
• Strong background in packaging and/or regulatory compliance
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Solid experience in risk management and mitigation planning
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel for tracking and reporting)
• Effective communication and collaboration skills, including global team coordination
• Ability to adapt to shifting deadlines and scope changes
