Job Description

A new Property Associate position is available in Cambridge, MA (100% on-site) with a pay rate of $33-$34 per hour . The role follows a Monday-Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM schedule. Qualified and interested candidates are encouraged to apply today for immediate consideration .

Job Responsibilities:

• Process accounts payable and receivable, including invoice review, billing, and collections.
• Maintain accurate filing systems, lease documentation, and administrative records.
• Assist in event coordination, office supply management, and property team support.
• Handle work orders, tenant communications, and vendor coordination.
• Provide day-to-day administrative support to property managers and ensure smooth operations.

Candidate Requirements:

• 1+ year of experience in commercial real estate, property management, or office administration.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills and ability to learn new systems.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking abilities.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with high expectations .
• Ability to collaborate with multiple property managers and interact professionally with tenants.
