Job Title: Recruiter and Virtual assistant

Location: Remote (Work Hours: 9 AM - 5 PM EST)

Compensation: $800 - $1,500 USD/month (Full-Time, Independent Contractor)

Role Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Administrative Assistant with 2-3 years of experience, preferably with a background in Talent Acquisition (TA) or Human Resources (HR). This role will focus on managing state registration forms and documentation for alcohol products, ensuring compliance with state-specific regulations. The position requires someone adept at handling time-consuming administrative tasks and maintaining accurate records.

Key Responsibilities:

• State Registration Management: Prepare, file, and track required state forms and documentation for registering alcohol products in new states.
• Compliance Assurance: Ensure all regulatory requirements are met for state-specific alcohol product registrations.
• Brand Registration: Handle the registration of brands in compliance with state regulations.
• Administrative Support: Manage time-sensitive and detail-intensive tasks related to documentation and compliance.
• Process Optimization: Identify and implement improvements to streamline administrative workflows.

Qualifications:

• Experience: 2-3 years of administrative experience, with TA/HR background being a plus.
• Attention to Detail: Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Knowledge of Compliance: Familiarity with regulatory documentation, especially related to alcohol products, is preferred but not mandatory.
• Proficiency: Strong skills in administrative tools and software.
• Time Management: Capable of working independently and prioritizing tasks efficiently.
