Our client is seeking Internal Recruiting Coordinator for Chicago downtown location.

Job Title: Internal Recruiting Coordinator 🎯

Location: Chicago, IL

Hybrid : 3days/week onsite

Key Responsibilities:

• Job Postings & Screening:
• Post openings on our internal career site
• Monitor applications and screen internal candidates
• Interview Coordination: Schedule interviews and assist in preparing internal offers
• ATS Management: Keep Workday ATS up-to-date with templates, documents, and assignments
• Data & Reporting: Collect and compile data for reports and analyses 📊
• Pre-Hire Processes: Manage pre-hire background and sanction checks
• Ensure timely processing of new hire tasks and documentation
• Collaboration: Communicate with hiring managers (including Senior Leaders), partners, and candidates 🤝

Qualifications:

• 2-3 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or recruiting coordination
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Teams, Excel, Word) and ATS systems (preferably Workday)
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to juggle multiple tasks 🗂️
• Sound judgment and discretion in handling sensitive matters
• Superior client service, follow-up, and communication skills
• A true team player who builds effective working relationships
• Experience in the Financial Services industry 💼
