Recruitment Specialist (Temporary – Through October 2025)

Location: On-Site | Wausau, WI

Summary

We’re seeking a driven and people-focused Recruiting Specialist for a temporary role through October 2025 . In this role, you’ll lead talent acquisition efforts and support onboarding initiatives to help build a high-performing, inclusive workforce. You’ll partner with leaders to attract exceptional talent while aligning with our values of ambition, excellence, and a customer-first mindset . Key Responsibilities

• Own the full-cycle recruitment process: source, screen, interview, and extend offers.
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies to build a diverse talent pipeline.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to write effective job descriptions and define hiring needs.
• Guide new hires through a smooth onboarding experience and ensure alignment with remote work policies.
• Promote the employer brand and share our mission with passive and active candidates.
• Partner with People team members on internal mobility, compensation guidance, and candidate experience.
• Analyze hiring metrics and provide insights to improve recruitment outcomes.
• Support offboarding, exit interviews, and talent reporting as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 2+ years of experience in recruitment or HR generalist roles.
• Proven ability to build strong relationships and influence stakeholders.
• Skilled in using ATS, HRIS, and sourcing platforms; intermediate Microsoft Office skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• PHR, SHRM-CP, or similar certification preferred but not required.

Some travel may be required based on business needs.
