Regional Sales Manager – Semiconductor Division Reports To: US Sales Manager Summary: The Regional Sales Manager will drive sales growth and expand market share for semiconductor products in the assigned region. Responsibilities include creating strategic sales plans, managing key accounts, collaborating with internal teams, and achieving sales targets. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute regional sales plans targeting semiconductor fabs, OEMs, and equipment suppliers. Build relationships with key stakeholders and ensure customer satisfaction. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sales strategies with product offerings. Track performance and prepare sales forecasts and reports. Qualifications: Experience: 5+ years in semiconductor or high-tech sales with a proven track record. Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and technical expertise in semiconductor products. Other: Ability to travel as needed.
