About the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Salesperson to drive new business and generate strong sales growth. The ideal candidate will be proactive, self-motivated, and passionate about acquiring new clients and closing sales. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing relationships with potential clients, and expanding existing accounts.

As a key member of our sales team, you will play a crucial role in growing our presence in the staffing, healthcare, or B2B services industry. If you have a proven track record of success in sales, a drive for results, and an ability to build lasting client relationships, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Business Development: Identify and target new business opportunities through research, cold calling, networking, and lead generation.
  • Client Acquisition: Build and manage a pipeline of potential clients, and work diligently to convert leads into customers.
  • Account Management: Maintain and expand relationships with existing clients by identifying upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
  • Sales Strategy: Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve individual and team targets.
  • Negotiation & Closing: Effectively negotiate terms and close sales deals to meet or exceed monthly and quarterly goals.
  • Reporting: Track and report on sales activity, client interactions, and pipeline status, ensuring accurate forecasting and goal tracking.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with other internal teams (marketing, customer service, etc.) to ensure a seamless client experience and delivery of services.

Key Candidate Criteria:

  • ✅ Proven track record in sales—preferably in staffing, healthcare, or B2B services.
  • ✅ Strong business development skills—able to identify, develop, and close new business opportunities.
  • ✅ Self-motivated and goal-oriented—ability to drive sales independently with minimal supervision.
  • ✅ Experience managing client relationships and expanding accounts to maximize revenue.
  • ✅ Excellent communication and negotiation skills—confident in presenting to clients and closing deals.
  • ✅ Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
