Job Title: Manager of Legal Telephone Sales and Marketing Development

Location: Silver Spring

Reports To: CEO

Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Manager of Legal Telephone Sales and Marketing Development to lead and oversee a dynamic team of sales and marketing professionals. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in legal services, telemarketing, and strategic marketing development. This role will focus on developing and executing innovative strategies to drive sales, expand market reach, and build relationships with prospective legal clients through telephone and social media outreach, and digital marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Team Leadership & Development:
  • Lead, manage, and motivate a team of telephone sales representatives and marketing professionals.
  • Provide training, coaching, and performance feedback to optimize team performance.
  • Establish clear goals and KPIs for the team to drive sales performance and productivity.
  • Sales & Marketing Strategy:
  • Coordinate with CEO to develop and implement comprehensive telephone sales strategies targeting potential legal clients.
  • Coordinate with marketing teams to design and execute campaigns that support sales objectives and expand brand awareness.
  • Identify new opportunities and market trends within the legal sector to continuously refine and improve outreach efforts.
  • Client Engagement & Relationship Management:
  • Build strong relationships with prospective clients by providing excellent service and guiding them through the initial stages of legal service inquiries.
  • Ensure customer needs are met and exceed expectations by tailoring offerings and solutions to their specific requirements.
  • Follow up on leads, handle objections, and close sales through a consultative selling approach.
  • Performance Monitoring & Reporting:
  • Track and analyze key metrics such as sales growth, lead conversion rates, and campaign performance.
  • Provide detailed performance reports to senior management and offer strategic recommendations for improvement.
  • Monitor and assess the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and make necessary adjustments for better results.
  • Collaboration:
  • Work closely with the legal team, client services, and marketing departments to ensure alignment of strategies and consistent messaging across all channels.
  • Foster an environment of teamwork and innovation to achieve company objectives.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in legal sales, telemarketing, or a similar role with a focus on developing telephone-based sales campaigns.
  • Proven experience in managing and developing team of high volume telemarketers, by monitoring KPIs, performance reviews, creating career paths and opportunities for direct reports.
  • Strong background in marketing strategy development and execution, preferably within the legal industry.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive revenue growth and meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Familiarity with CRM software, sales tracking tools, and data analytics platforms.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment while maintaining high levels of customer service and satisfaction.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).

Preferred Skills:

  • Knowledge of legal terminology and processes is a plus.
  • Experience with digital marketing, SEO, and online advertising.
  • Ability to manage and navigate complex sales cycles.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site (with the opportunity for hybrid work once a productive track record is established) role for a Sales Marketing Manager at Paré & Associates, LLC, located in Germantown, MD.
