Part-time Selling Stylist

Location: Austin (Westlake)

We’re looking for an enthusiastic and driven  Part-Time Selling Stylist to join our team. This role is perfect for someone who’s passionate about fashion, thrives on creating genuine customer connections, and enjoys being part of a collaborative, high-energy retail environment. As a Selling Stylist, you’ll provide personalized styling experiences while driving sales through exceptional service and a client-focused approach.

Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional, personalized in-store customer service that reflects our commitment to excellence
• Identify customer needs and offer tailored styling advice and product recommendations
• Stay informed on current fashion trends and product knowledge to deliver elevated styling experiences
• Maintain a clean, organized, and visually compelling store environment
• Assist with daily operations, including inventory management, POS transactions, online order fulfillment, and visual merchandising

Qualifications:

• 4–6 years of retail sales experience with a strong focus on personalized customer service
• Availability to work 2-3 days per week, including one Saturday per month
• Excellent interpersonal skills and a genuine passion for creating exceptional customer experiences
• Self-motivated, goal-driven, and highly organized in sales and client development
• Proven ability to build and maintain a personal client book through proactive relationship-building
• A collaborative team player with a positive and professional attitude
• Comfortable navigating retail technology, including POS systems
