What You’ll Do

  • Generate new business through cold calling, lead generation, and industry networking
  • Build and maintain relationships with Life Sciences organizations including biotech, pharma, and medical device companies
  • Sell facility services and project-based solutions to new and existing clients
  • Lead RFP/RFQ processes, proposals, and negotiations
  • Conduct site surveys and collaborate with internal teams to develop tailored service solutions
  • Represent the company at trade shows, conferences, and client meetings

What We’re Looking For

Required Skills:

  • 5–10 years in business development or B2B sales, focused on new client acquisition
  • Experience selling into the Life Sciences sector (Facility Services preferred but not required)
  • Successful track record of cold calling and closing self-generated leads
  • Strong experience with RFPs/RFQs and contract negotiations
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred)
  • Strong presentation and budget interpretation skills
  • Background in technical or consultative sales
  • Local to the San Francisco Bay Area

Bonus Skills:

  • Experience conducting site surveys and developing service solutions
  • Pricing and selling service agreements or project work
  • Participation in industry networking events and trade shows
  • Technical solution selling experience in a fast-paced environment
  • Collaborative mindset and experience working with cross-functional teams

Note: This is a high-impact, field-based role. Travel is primarily within the Bay Area, with occasional trips to Oregon and Washington.
