Prodigy is actively looking to hire an exceptional *Denver based* Sr. Technical Recruiter with multiple years of experience working within the technology space in an agency environment where things move fast. Although we have a beautiful office with mountain views in Denver, this role is for the most part remote, however does require flexibility to be able to come to the office occasionally.

Compensation:
In addition to a strong benefits package and healthy base salary, in a recruiting role, you will earn 55-75K if you’re average, 75-100K if you’re good, and well over six figures if you’re great. We don’t cap commissions so the sky is the limit. We also have a VERY active sales team which means lots of opportunity to fill Reqs and stay busy. If you’re an overachiever, this is likely very important to you and that’s why we keep our team lean as noted above.

Your key objective in this role is to deliver an exceptional level of service to our clients by sourcing, qualifying, and placing high caliber technical professionals for contract, contract-to-hire, and full-time positions within their organizations. This might seem pretty simple, however it does have its complexities throughout the process, and in order to be successful, you must be able to build strong relationships, overcome obstacles, and create solutions where everyone involved wins.
