  • Successful track record of remote work with distributed teams.
  • An extreme passion for understanding the user, and a strong communicator of the user's perspective throughout the design process.
  • Proficiency in multiple UX disciplines: user research, interaction design, information architecture, and visual design.
  • Analytical Skills: Experience analyzing quantitative and qualitative data, presenting findings, and making informed recommendations.
  • Deliverables Proficiency: Competence in leveraging research and usability strategy deliverables, including discovery findings, mental models, personas, etc.
  • Tools Proficiency: Familiarity with rapid prototyping and visualization tools like Figma, Miro, or similar platforms.
  • Experience using Jira and/or Confluence is preferred.
