Connected Health Care is a healthcare and educational staffing & recruiting company focused on travel nursing, travel allied health, contract educational services positions, and permanent placement of all positions across the healthcare + educational spectrum. The Role.

Healthcare Recruiting and Strategic Account Management is Sales , where the product is a job. You source clients (I.e. hospitals, nursing homes, urgent care centers, etc) to place our candidates at. Anticipate a dynamic, fulfilling role where you’ll connect skilled professionals with healthcare facilities like hospitals and urgent care centers, directly supporting top-notch patient care. Your efforts will forge lasting relationships and make a substantial difference in the industry.

Responsibilities.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare clients, such as hospitals, nursing homes, and urgent care centers, to understand their staffing needs.
  • Ensure compliance with employment and labor regulations while fostering long-term partnerships and positive client experiences.
  • Leverage industry knowledge and communication skills to match qualified healthcare professionals with client facilities, ensuring high-quality patient care.
  • Collaborate with recruiters and clients to align staffing solutions with facility requirements and candidate capabilities.
  • Negotiate contracts and service agreements with clients while overseeing the successful placement and onboarding of healthcare professionals.

Compensation.

  • Base Salary: $52,000
  • Commission: Uncapped – earn six figures by year two! (Year 1 OTE $80,000+)

We provide a comprehensive training program that walks you through everything you need to know, step by step. You'll also have access to top-tier paid tools to help you work efficiently and effectively.

Qualifications.

Staffing is a sales-driven, people-centered industry , so our most successful team members are personable, self-motivated, and eager to take initiative.

While there are no strict requirements, we’re looking for candidates who bring one or more of the following:

  • New Graduates – Highly motivated, involved in organizations, and eager to launch their career.
  • Early-Career Professionals – Experience in healthcare, staffing, or a related field is a plus.
  • Sales-Oriented Individuals – Comfortable building relationships, handling objections, and closing deals.
  • Mission-Driven Professionals – Passionate about making a meaningful impact in healthcare staffing.

A Bachelor's degree is preferred but not required. If you have the drive and work ethic to succeed, we want to hear from you!
