Job Title: Structural Welder
Pay: $18 - $22 per hour (Based on Experience)
Hours: 6:30 AM - 5:15 PM (8–10 hour shifts within this time frame)

Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled and reliable Structural Welder to join our team in Tulsa. The ideal candidate will be responsible for welding, fabricating, and assembling structural metal components according to blueprints, specifications, and welding codes. This role requires proficiency in MIG/Flux welding and the ability to complete a 2G and Standard T Joint weld test.

Key Responsibilities
· Weld, fabricate, and assemble structural metal components based on blueprints and specifications.
· Perform MIG/Flux welding in 2G positions and complete standard T Joint welds.
· Inspect completed welds to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications.
· Maintain welding equipment and perform routine maintenance as needed.
· Follow all safety protocols and workplace guidelines.
· Collaborate with team members to ensure project efficiency and quality.
Qualifications
· Proven experience as a Structural Welder.
· Proficiency in MIG/Flux welding techniques, including 2G and Standard T Joint welds.
· Ability to read and interpret blueprints, welding codes, and specifications.
· Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship.
· Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
· Reliable and punctual with a strong commitment to safety.
