Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and dynamic Recruiter and Account Manager to join our Team.

Key Responsibilities:

Recruiting:

• Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for a variety of roles, from sourcing to offer negotiation and onboarding.
• Conduct in-depth interviews to evaluate candidates’ experience, industry knowledge, and cultural fit for each client.
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies for the accounts with both onshore and offshore teams.

Account Management:

• Manage requisition flow for assigned client programs.
• Distribute new openings to the appropriate teams and maintain ownership of delivery.
• Create best practices related to submission protocols, intake calls, onboarding, post placement care and offboarding.
• Be present for weekly and monthly client calls, updates and scorecard meetings.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience 2+ years working within a Recruitment Agency
• Experience with Account Management
• Ability to build strong relationships and engage with internal teams and candidates.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously.
• High level of attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to work independently.

Preferred Skills:

• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS)
