From the clutter-prone Chanel hoarder to the meticulous, overbooked bachelor, our clients have become addicted to the NEAT Life. 

Responsibilities and Duties

Our NEAT team is looking for a hardworking individual to assist in resolving our client’s organizational challenges. Below is a list of services that NEAT organizers provide:

  • Client consultation & assessments
  • A customized action plan and timeline for each organizing project
  • Implementation of organizing processes and customized solutions
  • Personal shopping for organizational products
  • Unpacking and organizing after a move
  • Management of teams
  • Professional and clear communication with clients, team members and partners
  • Assist with marketing efforts (i.e. email potential partners, attend events, etc.)

  • Respect your safety as well as the safety of others
  • Maintain physical ability to work on your feet for several hours at a time, lifting heavy items, climbing ladders, etc.
  • Availability M-F, 9-5, on an as-needed basis

 

 

Skillset

  • Basic understanding of organizing processes and principles
  • Understanding of Neat Method’s organizing processes and principles
  • Basic product knowledge
  • Basic client communication skills

 

 

Project Goals

  • Review client notes & photos prior to project
  • Understand client goals before each project
  • Assist with project as delegated by lead
  • Clean/prep project areas: wipe shelves, use mini-vacuum when necessary, cover surfaces
  • Consult Lead Organizer on any project related questions
  • Assist with materials loading/unloading, unboxing, placement
  • Remove trash & donations throughout project
  • Shadow Lead Organizer as they go through questions with clients (post-it label categories, move to appropriate areas, trash, etc.)
  • Implement project plan to meet client goals
  • Contribute to space planning and organizational solutions
  • Project progress photos (Before/After)
  • Take measurements on assigned spaces for product shopping
  • Assist with returns when necessary
  • Assist with donation drop off when needed
