Heres a PDF file of all my frequencies in most of my radios. You will need to enter these manually.These will probably work all over the UK. These are the ones I use for the Cumbria area.

Here are my FTM 300 UK Frequencies. I use a program called rtsystems link here to upload them to the radio. You can use a SD card or USB cable.
